Each admin will be able to write notes on the Day Parameters reports but not change any details in them – only Operation Managers and Admins can make changes.

The server will save logs for a year and two months
The software will split the reporting method to three segments, “Office Employees”, “Site Employees” and “Shift Employees”, if requested, otherwise, a full report by costing shall be generated (Parameters required).
Office Employees are the ones who go to work to the same venue on daily basis and therefore they have to sign in and out once a day.
Site employees are the ones who are mobile, they move from one site to another therefore they need to sign in in each location they visit.
